Broken my drought

Trip # 145

Been a few months since i have found a ring and yesterday managed a beauty on the third hit down at the low tide line as planned. A .925 silver marked from Chile. Has 3 stones, 1 being emerald in the center and im fairly sure the 2 outside stones are deep blue Lapis Lazuli which is found around the world including the Andes in south america. Lapis Lazuli was used on the famous egyption mask of Tutinkamin for the eyebrows. Totally wrapped with this find.
Also tried to find a set of lost keys for someone whilst there to no evail.

2 goldies, 3 coins all up and a silver .925 ring from Chile.
1988 NZ 20 cent

Unusual design and an item from Chile is quite rare on here too.
Cool find.

'it's a beautiful'
fantastic find creamer brothers.
i'm working on the theory that there's some pacific gulf stream out there that's dropping all this booty on your doorstep.
all the best for 2014.

Got the ring checked out and the green coloured rock is Malachite, not Emerald as first thought.
The deep blue stone is definately Lapis Lazuli.

Good work, some interesting stuff there. Do you have any trouble with the wet sand at the beach with the ace?, ie false signals etc. My F4 doen't seem to like the wet sand a lot, then again it may have a bit to do with the operator and I may be inclined to have the sensitivity a bit high.

Took me a while to get used to detecting in wet sand, getting better at it. Not an easy task but very doable withe the Ace.

Creamer I like the way your pics show up on the post, rather than having to download them. What is the trick to do that?
Thanks Iggy
