Looks like GOLD

Trip # 120

Crisyboy was up for the wkd and we hit an old time playground that i did not know existed right here in town, thanks to his persistance. Third hit was a GOLD on the radar hit and i dug the bark to reveal a band of GOLD. The exileration was over the top for quite some time until realisation set in and the junk beauty came to life.

12 goldies, some 20 odd coins all up and a junk ring, a silver charm lock and a 9mm ruger pistol shell.

Twice bitten three times shy.

Trip # 121

To the end of the road.
50c piece. One coin all up and lead.

Trip # 122

End of the road.
Two coins all up and lead.

Trip # 123

MY end of the road spot

Crisyboy was up for the weekend so we went down to my end of the road spot for a fish and some fossicking. In the dingy and Bro hooked a kingy for a good run before letting go. Next day fossicking and we scored a few coins before moving around to the corner beach area. Theres an electric fence there so i dont buzz much here. Bro's hard out tho with his 250 along here on full sensitivity. Mine just plays up.
I heard the call of a find and i could tell what sort of find it was, i ponder over, no way, a 375 GOLD mens ring with stone and english hallmarks, i think. Done me over again as he found 2 rings here before and i only 1. Also found.. was a GOLD plated love heart piece. Most of the GOLD plate had perished. And What appears to be microphone with stones, must be off a keyring as its heavy.

4 goldies, 12 coins all up. A GOLD ring, a loveheart, a microphone and lead sinkers.

...no way, a GOLD 375 ring with stone

To a new level

Trip # 125

Taking things to a new level i took the dingy out on a mission in the bay to hit this island i have been looking at thinking, thats a GOLD ring spot. Upon arriving there was heaps of driftwood and alluminium cans which soon became hard work. 2 coins, a butterfly brooch and a watch.
Off to another spot and it was on. Foreign coins and nz pennys were dinging away.
Best was an 1873-1888 Japanese 1 Sen
1893 Italian 10 centemimi
1928 Belgium 25 ces
1960 Nederlands 5 cent
1995 Deutches 5 cents
3 NZ pennys

6 goldies, 22 coins all up and a butterfly brooch

Blue rock find across the bay

Trip # 126

Across the bay for a 2 hour buzz and i found the largest piece of this blue rock i have found yet. Found whilst digging for a target. Thru a loupe you can clearly see the whole rock is loaded with blue crystals and dotted with rich black type crystals. We have found them before but nothing like this. We dont know what they are as yet. How exciting.
7 coins all up and a blue rock.
