hey guys havnt posted in a couple days, i went hunting with a friend of mine hes new on the forum halfcrownking is his name, he got permission to detect a local school and invited me along for the thrill :) lots of pennys so so many and alot of the little 1c 2c bastards, but the first day my mate got a florin and a sixpence and i got 2 shillings and lots of other coins, second day my mate got 5 silvers best being a 1934 half crown nice coin. i aint got one yet :( i guess thats why he called himself halfcrownking to rub it in lmao. i got today 1 silver sixpence and a tiny kids silver signet ring with my initials on it lol hows that for weird. few other cool finds like the token my second ever. and my mate got the same token also. lots of targets and honestly no trash im shocked ive dug over 100 holes there and only had maybe 6 pulltabs 1 beer cap and several other bits of trash the rest is all coins and relics so its great hunting. anyway heres just my finds im sure halfcrownking will make a post and put up his finds. also we are giving some of our coins back to the school for the kids to play with, that keeps the headmaster happy bout the holes we hope :) lol

Nice mate! Was good meeting you the other day.
I'm getting a goldbug tomorrow. Found a 1891 british shilling the other night at some virgin ground I seem to have found. Got a huge brass frog there too! Next time you here, I'll take you there. You might see me soon though as I'm planning a gold trip for 5 days maybe next week. Let me know what the weather's like etc. Cheers.
