Hi all,
Dug this cool old pendant yesterday but I'm having heaps of trouble identifying it. I'm sure it has to be religious and most likely Edwardian but having googled the initials and various other connotations to religion and pendants, I can still find nothing even close. Any help with ID would be most appreciated.
Cheers in advance, #8.

I'm leaning towards a Total Abstinence Association badge... or some sort of similar temperance group?

Hit the road today for a full eight hour hunt on a scorching Canterbury day, with Erickd. Between us, we netted 25 silvers and lots of other cool and interesting finds.
My find of the day has to be my fourth Groat (four pence), an 1854 that has been converted into a pendant at some stage.
Other cool finds included my first ever wallet....complete with one NZ sixpence...... yep, one silver sixpence...nothing else.
At least the person who lost it didn't loose a fortune I guess!
Also scored myself a "mean-as" ride....complete with tinted windows and flames down the side........wicked!

GL & HH to all.

Scored this nice piece of Edwardian silver whilst out last evening hunting with Chrispy and Erickd. It's assayed in Chester and the date letter is for 1903....a very cool piece of bling.

Hi all,
Here's the treasure trove from the last couple of outings. A new bucket list tick in the form of my first silver thimble...unfortunately not hallmarked and slightly crushed but silver none the less.
Also scored a nice silver and bakelite button, a small old brass dog whistle, possibly a small emerald broken off from a larger piece of jewelry and my first silver ring for the new year.
I've also included a cool pic of a very isolated but well worn and travelled spot that I hunted yesterday with Chrispy.

GL & HH to all.

A quick Sunday evening hunt produced a nice piece of Italian .800 silver and a cool old Scripture Union badge from the 1920's / 30's era. First pic shows the badge cleaned with a toothbrush only (no water). The second is with a layer of olive oil applied after the brushing, to work it's magic.....which it does in spectacular fashion!

GL & HH all.
