The rest of the Au should be around somewhere near by....keep looking.....from experience the condom tins are usually full of worm castings.......how it gets in there I will never figure out....found one that I thought had a secret stash of coins in it but no.....only worm s#@t....never found a tin with a lid like your most recent.......seamless! imagine a world....

Yea I had a scout around for the other bit but no luck. Found plenty of other tiny bits of crap metal but not the other bit of Au!!
The condom tin sounds like it has the condom (albeit dried up) inside-def not coins dammit! But yea could be worm shit too!
There's another to find and I'm gunna find it!

Out again last night for a spot of treasure huntin'.
Scored a few bullet shells-you know what its gunna be but I always suck myself into having a look just incase haha.
Found half a Tissot watch which say 17 Jewels..be good if I could find one lol.
Got two silver coins, a very nice little belt buckle Sterling ring (was very close to the 1881 thrup, so I'd guess about same age), but the best find I didnt know what was until just now. Thought it was some old lead seal but turns out to be an 1887 Queen Victoria Jubilee medal! Shit condition but great piece of old history! I'm happy!

Nice day yesdy so out for a few hours hunt with number8-cheers man.
Had a pretty good day to get three silver coins (all 1934) and a bloody non silv half crown.
Good ring day with 1 junk and two silver-quite a nice one with the garnets (?).
Also a button I'll need to research-has R R on it... oooh WW1 Royal Navy Reserve Officer

Out again for a couple hours in the dark last night with the dog and armed with the Lesche! Haha had no trouble.
Two nice little silvers, an Aussie penny and a base metal junk ring that was obviously silver plated-but how come it has stamped marks?? Thought they'd only stamp solid rings. Perhaps an olden day scam!
Rains are a coming here and going to set in for a while so tonight I'll have to find some (GOLD) stuff...!!

T'was a dark and stormy night....well it was dark.
Joined up with coinnut for a leisurely 3 1/2hr stroll for buried treasures.

Wouldn't believe it but my first target was a half crown! 1950 doh! OK, I'm guna jump to the best bit- My very last hole just metres from being back to the car was an 1834 William IV half crown!! That beats my 1845 hcrown!
This was the only silver coin for the whole night! Crazy!

Also scored a very heavy silver mens ring, a silver necklace pendant, a cool feather brooch (all bent up) but has traces of a bright blue enamel (would have been a spectacular piece)and theres two 1891 pennies in there. Heaps of bullets and 1's n 2's.

Was a bit disappointing until that last find after 3 1/2 hours but I'll take it!!
