popped into dunsandle domain this arvo on the way home from a wee job for a qwik hunt,( thanks for heads up good to go) found a few pennys both nz and brit, 9 buks spendys, 2 junk rings and 4 silvers. an old brit shilling with smooth face but can just make out a head and 3 threepence, 1 a brit. also found this way cool little solid spinning top. it has 6 sides with writing on them saying, take one, put two, all put, put one, take all, take two. can any one give me any ideas on what this is and what it was used for. its quite nifty, best find for the arvo i reckon.
haha just found the top is for a game called put and take. bit of a gambling game were you put money inthe pot then spin the top. whatever it lands on you have to do eg if it lands on put two you hav to put 2 coins in the pot. invented by the brits in ww1. ill bring it to the next meeting and we can have a game lol.
