Gold & Platinum count....now 37!

In the water again a VERY OLD 9CT mens greenstone ring. As it was 9ct it was fairly brown / black and tarnished. Gave it a clean with some sand and caused a fine crack in the ring....It is pretty brittle.

Rough horrible water.....Waves. ..mouthfuls of saltwater yields a bunch of sinkers...(hate them)...A few coins and this ring....

Roll on summer!

Hi Guys

have not posted for a while as have been unfortunately busy :( Rings count going up and an AWESOME hunt this morning - 5 rings in 1 hour or so!

1x 9ct - very very very tiny ring
1x 9ct mens signet ring and ruby - squashed with my scoop :(
1x Silver Bat ring - really cool actually
1x large 925
and...

a really cool 18ct white gold palladium and diamond ring in mint condition - old drop - really deep

super stocked!

OLD GOLD today :)

22ct Females Wedding Band - seems like assayed in 1952 London. Probably about right as I found several 1950's sixpences in the same area :) also another silver ring, at a different spot :)

if you saw the number of pull tabs dug to get this ring...you may think different :) I have a sore arm from bloody pull tabs and bottle tops

About pull tabs ,

here is my post from last year i think :
"I decided to collect all Pull tabs i get between gold rings. and here is only a fraction of pull tabs collected,probably 10 days 151 pulltabs (all those kilos of other rubbish is usually discarded right at the beach bins )"
