Hi All,

Well having stumbled upon this fossicking thing less then a week ago and having a penchant for research I thought I would introduce myself.

I have zero experience but am lucky enough to spend a lot of time out doors with my fishing a tramping through out the north island.

Will be kicking off my under cover north island ops this weekend, have some pretty good remote spots that also happen to be really hard to get to/impoosible to get to spots via land.

They're all near or around some of my favourite fishing spots so this will be fun.

Still researching the legalities around which I will hopefully have sorted by the end of the week.

I actually stumbled upon my 1st spot x about 7 years ago while looking for a place to take a bath after spending a week in the bush with out one on a fishing trip.

And I'll be back there for a fishing/prospecting trip this weekend.

Will let you know how it goes.

Yes welcome to the forum.

Ask permission if you can and if you can't, probably best to stay true to your name sake.

Happy hunting!
