Hey guys, did some metal detecting today, didn't find too much but I found 3 metal-type pieces and something else. One is clearly metal and the other two are covered in oxidation??
The two dark ones are coloured in black and orange/brown which is stuck to it and it also seems to have some quartz?
I am trying to find out what type of metal it is but I am unsure; silver, aluminium, nickel, zinc? Perhaps a meteorite? haha, though these are all not magnetic ...

Agree the one is a lead nail head. The others are likely a result of burned trash. Metal blobs from beer cans etc take on all sorts of odd shapes and colours.

I agree.....thats defineately a top of a leadhead nail and looks like molten aluminium from a beer can.....often found on the beach.
