I currently use a Lifeproof case (iphone). Waterproof to about 2m.
Slimline, but fairly sturdy. Retail for about $100.
Iggy mentioned he got a hair on the rubber seal and it damaged his phone.

I've since found another case, very sturdy bit thicker.
Optrix PhotoProX
Waterproof to 11m.
4 Interchangeable Camera Lenses (can be changed underwater, one is for underwater shots).
Has a slim shield case for everyday use - provides a means to insert into the larger waterproof case.
Can also be mounted.
For sale on Trademe for roughly $100

Nice alternative to a gopro.

I just use an En-case zip lock bag. Can even use the touch screen while in bag. Taken my phone sniping with me without any issue, all water was kept out by bag.

A few of my friends got some as part of a runners pack when they did a half marathon. They were going to chuck them so I nabbed them. Work a real treat and I should imagine very cheap to buy if someone's selling them. Mine's just got some Avis car rental branding on the back, so might be worth popping into Avis and seeing if you can nab one as just a promotional item for them.

My phone's also a Sony Xperia Z1 Compact which is waterproof, though I don't try to test that. It has been with me in the shower etc. without issue though (don't ask! :P ). I think all the Xperia Z* range is waterproof.
