This is not my claim, I wish it was though!!! Should be some nice gold in this ground.
And now....On sandy beaches and muddy soil, rings and coins await my coil!

Why is 50k a piss take? if he can get someone to pay 50k then it is obviously worth 50k. It seems most claims get advertised for around that price.

It could be or it may not be. It's the purchaser's responsibility to perform his/her due diligence and validate the potential of the claim and possible access or other issues before completing the purchase.

Like any other business purchase you would need to see the financials of the last 3 years for sure.

It comes complete with dredge, so thats a bonus, does look shallow so theres every chance that this section has been well worked over, from 150 years ago to the modern dredging era and thru the age of the detector. Probably to high in the catchment to get serious flooding, so all in all, good luck to the seller, and good luck to the purchaser. I consider the 45k price to be the first point of degotiation, so reckon that at the end of the day, it will actually sell for around $22-27k, dredge included.

It would only take 27oz to pay the claim back, that is not much gold, one months work if the ground has the average grade of around them areas,a month hard work and your away laughing, sounds like a good deal for a potential buyer.

An ounce a day would be freaking awesome. Where I'm scratching in the Coro, I'll have an ounce in maybe 10 years...! :)

He knows, he's been poaching all the gold at night ;O
It's either too difficult to get an ounce or he's taken all the ounces ;))))
At least that is the conclusion I drew, since he gave no other evidence to back up his argument. 8))))

The claim has been sold to a guy I know. Element 111 has never been up there. I have. An oz a day is a possibility up there just like it is anywhere else. An ounce of gold is very small and it's a big permit.
And now....On sandy beaches and muddy soil, rings and coins await my coil!
