Here's the best of what i found in my haphazard meanderings yesterday over about 4 hours. Was an awesome sunny day scouting out a park in Dunedin. Lots of coins, best being a 1903 sixpence, oldest being a 1873 Half Penny. Knocked a few things off the bucket list. 1st Ring, just a junker though 1st florin, 1963 unfortunately not silver though 1st Military Button. British Royal Marines. It's amazing how much he can pull out of the ground. This is my haul for the night. His was twice the size. I Love the NZ "Onwards" Hat Badge. probably my favourite thing I've found so far. Wish I had more time as there was heaps of targets. Going to have to go back at Christmas. $21 in spendies. Almost crapped myself when i found this awesome engraved silver 925 bracelet. A few other wacky things including an old Condom tin, a USA dime and a wacky $5 Hong Kong coin. Does anyone know what the Swan Brooch Could be? GL AND HH
