If I now said to someone that gold in the earth's crust may have come from meteorites, they just wouldn't believe me! I'll just have to print off the article and keep it in my pocket!

kiwikeith - that article is quite amazing and an eye opener indeed - When I get this computer sorted out (being a relic of the days of telephones with handles to wind it is a bit hard to adjust to anything with more than an on/off switch) I will have to print that article out.

Had a read of the article. It seems that they are quite certain about their assertions until the end. It seems like they are still uncertain where Gold cam from... as are most of us... But I am sure glad it is here! and wish I had some of that billion billion!!!

i did read the article a bit of a eye openner perhaps we could hope for another to land in my back yard that wouldnt work come to think of it , it would moss likely hit the dredge

i dont really care where it comes from as long as it ends up in my pan
