Tried Gurgling it, but entering "CPR" led to the inevitable pages of first aid...

Does anyone have any clues?

Digging around, John Weston (Snr & Jnr), Tailors, Old Bond St were judged bankrupt in July 1831....

Thinking Provincial Rifles, Provincial Reserves or summat like that.
