hi from oz thought i had scored big time when i saw the top view of this in the scoop poking out of the black goo, nice gold colour stacked like coins,but soon came back to earth,brass whatever.couple of bits plus the best of my recent trip back to ch ch i love the pewter german toy soldier helmet has the eagle on the front good luck

Nice finds Roy...nice bit of GOLD too. Bet the heart was racing with the chunk of golden brass! agree with you too....the toy Pickelhaube is a VERY cool find. Was that in Chch?
