The "Dia Compe" is off a bike, most likely the hinge joint of the brake calipers

Many thanks mud wiggle. Your a great source of info. I had looked at that but felt it was wrong, but there you go.

The king George V one is coronation in 1911. Can't find anything like it anywhere in shape. Not in a good condition. Cheers.
