Exciting title and yes heart was pounding but im sure it's fake, if it was real it would sparkling. Boohoo.
Anyway at an old park on my side of town for a wee hunt after a dismal weekend of finds and pulled out a nice florin, and sixpence, also 1947 non silver half crown..bugger.

Yeah I read up it and they were like promotional ingots, can see how some would have been fooled though from when they were new.
I look at it this way....a step closer to finding that sov lol
