Hey all hows it going! Just thought id make a bit of an intro and get to know some like minded folk!

Born and bred in Dunedin and always had a mad passion for the Central Otago gold fields, history, country, people and the like.
I guess I was pretty much born ready to be infected by gold fever and the love of this rugged country down here!

I have recently purchased a nice backpacking sluice and some digger/crevicing gear and of course a pan!! Dead keen to get out in them thar hills!

Prior to purchasing the necessary equipment, I've enjoyed reading various posts for the humor and information you guys post on this site, cheers guys!

Currently staying in Cromwell over the summer break from study so if anyones in the area and feels like going for a walk in the hills or having a beer in the sun and spinning some yarns, feel free to hit me up!
