Did a quote today and the old fella had a lot of old cars he's restoring also right into history, he's also and Oddfellows member. Anyway he showed me an Indian motorbike he pulled out of a country dump that was complete, and is now running, I've had a quick look on the net trying to find old dump sites but to no avail so far but could be something to look into.
Also next to my work they have scarped off the top layer of shingle a dirt ready for a new build, the back part of the old building was a garden and had never been built on (according to old maps) so I will be back tonight to have a scan over...just never know

Most larger farms had/have their own dump, suss out old aerial photo's for locations....Of course, some might be offal pits.
