I've fixed this ring as 1994, assayed in Sheffield, but the first stamp doesn't seem to fit any of the charts I've consulted in Webland.

Looks to be either
Zne
Znc
Zno
Zhe
Zhc
or Zho

Could it be a makers stamp?

It vexes me so, not knowing what that first one is!
