Anyone here recommend some reasonably good headphones locally - 1/4" plug & separate volume controls etc - TIA

Pick up a 3.5mm-1/4" adapter at the local $2 shop, then you have the full range of phones to choose from.
Typically, you need to be looking at internet/comms headsets to get an inline volume though.

I changed to wireless a while ago (TDK WR700HP - thoroughly recommended) and never looked back - they have 40hrs life and built in volume control.
The freedom to put the detector down without ripping the phones off your head is bliss, not to mention rummaging around in the bush.

Thanks MW - but I am after just your standard headphone (with cable), with 1/4" plug & seperate volume control for each ear .........

I have used wireless setups (Rapoo H3070) however was looking at a solid spare set or a useful cheaper option at this stage - thanks

Hey ST

If you're not in a rush I will have some available in the next few weeks.

Nice and comfy, independent l/r volume control, with padded headband and they also have a curly cord.

Good quality, good price. PM me if you are interested.
