We all do that from time to time mate. Thought you were a bit of a whipper snapper, thats old talk for a young fella. Good luck with your Uni, it can be very demanding. Hope your aren't doing geology, mining world wide is in a bit of a downward trend at the moment. Now go get some of that round hill and Orepuki gold. And a few other places that are mentioned. Good luck, its a great hobby. I started when I was about 6 years old, bugga now im 67. Get out there and have fun and keep us posted on your finds.

Na doing an IT degree :P ill be heading to round hill and Orepuki soonish since that where the GF's cousins live (smack bang on a cliff at orepoki as well :p) and bushy point looks like its southeast of invercargill a couple of km's from the airport, assuming that is the same place that one could be scoured in the near future as well :P.
