No, never seems to be an issue. I post from mobile, tablet, PC and home computer and it works fine from all. As long as I use 640 x 480 resolution for my pics on my Samsung phone and take them all in landscape format, I never have any trouble with uploading photos either.
Hope this feedback helps in some way.

I use photobucket to upload my pics. Takes a little to figure it out but works a treat when use to it.
With this you will get bigger and better pics on your posts.
