Rings - Stash 'em or Sell 'em?

Usually clean and process at work :) Anyway, the subject of why I don't sell the rings came up (I prefer the a bag of swag over the couple of hundred dollars I'd get for scrap). So, was wondering - Do you sell your rings, or do you add them to your growing pile of pirate booty?

Unelss I was able to find some kind identifier as a emans to track down a potential lost owner I would put it back into circulation.

But the rest of them just sit in a pile in the cabinet. Only found one with enough detail in the inscription to trace back to owner who lives in Argentina(!). She was surprised to say the least when she heard it'd been found. And totally bowled over when an envelope with her wedding ring arrived :) Fortunately it was an unusual name and had a date on it, I have so many with just initials or first name on them. Been detecting for about 4 months now and have 6 silver, 1 gold and an old old brass one.
