I have been saving up my silver finds for the week for 1 post. Its been a great week. Today was really good getting the half crown in the morning and the ring tonight + 8 more silvers just today. Its a new site that I haven't hunted much at all so chances for some sovereigns are high.
There was 6 hunts during the week so I wont go into detail but got $87,36 pennys,1million 1&2c:) and the pendent has a date on the back 1923.
O and the really worn/slick sixpence has that old as king with wheel chair lady on the back but no date (round 1840?)lol:)

thanks for the info roy,im not to good at the hallmarks but I found out it was from 1897.
I am stoked with my week. My best are the pendent and my first British half crown... I found 1 before but it was made into a brooch so didn't really count:)
there's got to be some good stuff at this new place. Its always hard to find a new spot that holds the old treasure.
good luck out there I will let you know when I find some more gold;)

Nice haul of silver with some good dates. I note the brooch has .923 instead of the usual .925, bit different.

Old as slick sixpence with the King on it. Do you mean William iv. That must be pre 1837.

sorry I had another good look at the slick sixpence and it is young Victoria but it is the wheel chair design on the back.

Hi Jimmy,
Are you absolutely sure that it is the size of a sixpence....not a threepence? The reason I ask is that a seated Brittania was never used on a sixpence (to my knowledge) but was used for the threepence-sized FOUR PENCE or Groat.
Check out this link and search pictures of both sixpence and fourpence pieces.

Medal looks like an American Distinguished Service Medal. Found it on Google. Pretty neat, shame it is 'badly wounded'.

Here is another one I found a while ago..

Sweet week again on silver and a few bits of jewellery.Nothing to special... did manage $88 for the week before my pro pointer died today:(
The ring is not gold just junk...I found it out on a night hunt so it was gold till I got it home:(
the little locket is kol but had nothing inside it.. was about 8inchs deep.
Silver coin in every hunt best being a 1879 shilling and another slick vic sixpence..
Got some sweet cars and nothing at the beach.
