Hi there
My name is Brett, I have been interested in metal detecting for the past 25 years or so, to such a point that I built my own machine in April 2000, from plans in an electronics magazine, Its a PI machine and has done fairly well over the years, but not on gold, it does not seem to like gold... however, I am from South Africa and we have been living in New Zealand for the past 6 years, I finally bought a better machine two weeks ago, a Garrett AT Pro, after about nine months of saving the pennies.
Well, I may see some of you swinging around the beaches soon.
