For sale, read the reviews online. Good switch on and go machine, (coin, coin and jewellery, beach, prospecting etc etc) but can be tweaked in literally thousands of ways, recovery speed, sensitivity, sweep speed, accept/reject of nearly 200 numbers individually, en masse or in blocks, coarse or fine GEB etc etc. Operates in either of two frequencies, 3 or 15 khz.Has blue coloured backlight for night hunting (which of course has several brightness settings.) Masses of fine tune if you want it and want to put some more power into the ground, if not the preloaded programs work fine.
Not sure of its age I'm the second owner, think its 2006/7. Comes with instruction book, coil cover dry battery pack, rechargeable pack and charger, instruction dvd, and has a well worn box and screen cover which are a bit tatty. Condition is good, works fine, no scratches on the box (spray painted finish) one or two scratches on the screen from rubbing etc.

Will take 780 bucks (no less) or it will eventually find its way onto trademe.

This is the same model here..... http://www.amazon.co.uk/...Whites-DFX/dp/B0032OD134

My greatest fear is that when I die my wife will sell my collection for what I told her it cost me.
