Portable concentrator for concentration of precious metals. (Gols, Silver, Plantinum).
Light, small - just a backpack, hand drive - gives energy freedom.
Specially developed for prospectors, geologists and laboratories, which wants to extract precious metals from crushed ore, directly in the field and beyond.
Advantage - no longer need to crouch one's back over the water.

Easy to use:
1. Get it out of the bag.
2. Put on a flat surface (if you want to fix.)
3. Add on pulp and water.
4. Wash grooves -> output -> concentrate and precious metal.
This is all. Your dream has come true.

Price 1200 USD.
For further information please PM, but better write a email, which is listed on the photos.

It seems to you that the device is expensive. Small standard gravitation concentrator costs approximately 6000-7000 USD and this is not the limit.
You can't to bear these devices along because weight is more than 28 KG(62 lbs). And also for you need electricity 110-220V
My concentrator is portable, specially for field use. Specially for a backpack. Weight is just: 3.5 kg (7.7 lbs).
No Electricity Needed.

I think the price is fairly reasonable... looks like a small hand crank Knudson bowl.

In your e-mail to me, you mention 2mm max, so it should be good for material screened through a #20 screen... does that sound right to you?

So how much screened sand/iron sand and gold can be fed through this machine per hour?

How well will it seperate gold from Iron sand?

Cheers

Dear Paul!

Yes, the pulp should be screened through a#20 screen. It is normal, because if you will feed by "thick" material - the grooves can be clogged.
Industrial concentrators has same requirements. The feed should not be more that 2-3 mm. If feed is larger than it, you should to regrind the pulp.
As you know iron sand has gold in pores. Therefore concentrate of GOLD + IRON SAND should be calcined on fire (650C - 1202F) (red-legged),
after that iron sand can be collected by magnet. I prefer to collect iron sand in a metal can for subsequent calcination.
Per year you can collect a little bit of gold from iron sand. Not much - but pleasantly.
After magnetation this substance subjected to chemical effects for cleaning.
About performance kg/h. It depends on many factors like:
Pulp (light clean sand, contaminated sand by iron or clay)
Rotational speed and water volume.
