hi guys i have the 2013 john bertrand nz coin catalouge, i have relised that the prices are off by around 90%. i would really like to know who made these prices up, i am selling a few of my finer coins at the moment and for a coin the catalouge says i should get $150 for a paticular coin, i would exspect to get atleast $50 but no i get $7.00, and this has happened alot, there is no point having the book as the prices are so out there, and it cant be blamed on people not buying coins at the moment because they are it is at a high for selling coins right now, what are your guys thoughts??

That sucks man. You would think ud get at least $50 for a $150 coin like you said.
Coin dealers would most likely be even worse.
I guess you just need to set your reserve higher so that if there is only two people bidding (or worse only one) then you still get a good price.

Found anything good lately?

Yeah, just up the reserve mate. Nothing wrong with half crowns! You do need to pop over for a hunt and catchup sometime. Got a few places I wanna check out. Trying some spots other than parks lately, like empty sections that used to house churches etc I havnt found much exciting other than a farthing and a florin.
