Is there any legal obligation to mark out your claim on the ground?Was out for a recce this arvo and came across what I assume is a claim-somebody has obviously put in the hard yards and dug a shedload of rock,river flow diverted,sluice dams set up,the whole 9 yards.
Cant find any claim on the permit map though..

Do you have to mark the limits of your claim or just trust people to look at the Crown Min site and know where it is?
