Been too long since I've heard a beep, my wee girl had a horrible fever Sunday evening but is back to her full-of-energy self and I have permission to head out tonight.. After I make dinner.

Not sure which area yet, been toying with the idea of wondering aimlessly through where the crowds gather and sit for the 'in the park' events, must be something in the ground there!

So, yell out if you're keen.

I'm hoping to get there around 7'ish and stay for about two hours.

Damn right Ill be there! Was gunna post myself.
Great idea to get it out of our system before days of wet weather!
Ill park along haper ave and be down at north hagley near where the halfcrowns are hiding about 630pm
There's another to find and I'm gunna find it!

Nice day for it today.. Thinking about heading out again tonight if the weather stays in check and the missus allows it.

Will be the usual after dinner start time about 7-7:30 and go for a couple of hours.. Will come back and confirm later this arvo!

Weather is supposed to turn bad this weekend too, hope it doesn't though.. I'm getting withdrawals!

I think the weather should hold for tomorrow. The forecast says possible showers later Saturday evening so the day should be ok.
I'm looking at getting out in the afternoon for a hunt. I'm thinking North Hagley on the old "Exhibition" fields around 2.30-3.00pm. Anybody else keen?

Yeah I think I might hit Hagley tomorrow also. If I'm about at that time, I'll come try to find you. I know where you mean, havnt tried there before as I assumed it would have been hit really hard. There always seems to be more to be found at Hagley though.

Just the big fields of North Hagley. ...where the 1906 Chch Exhibition buildings were.....or these days, where Christmas in the Park is held.

I went there about 4ish but got called away after about 30 mins to a family emergency. Found an odd foreign coin (modern) and 3 bucks. Didn't spot anyone else.
