Hi folks. I'm wanting to sell my Fisher F2 which has been a great machine and served me well. Works as well now as it did when I bought it. Paid for itself in 7 days!

Also wanting to buy a Fisher Goldbug or similar. Don't care what model Goldbug.

Txt me on 0273700293 or P.M. me on here. Thanks.

Sorry for double post, couldn't decide which side to post it on. :)

Thanks for that. We have been in touch and it looks like that is exactly where I'm going to get a goldbug next week. :)
As for the F2, I would like to try to get $300 as I'm in no rush to sell it and I think they are worth that much. There's really not much difference in a second hand machine to a new one. It's not like they wear out really! :)
Will try Trademe next week if no one here wants it first.
Cheers.

Thanks for that & yes I totally agree - metal detectors hold their value better than most electronic equipment

One thing to take into consideration is that the warranty does not transfer to the new owner.

That's true but the way I see it, is that most things seem to play up from new or very soon after. If it's gone well this long, then it will most likely carry on doing so.
Obviously there would be exceptions, just my opinion. :)

Just out of curiosity, how long is the warranty for on say for instance, my F2?
