advice for choosing Metal detector

i am a beginner detector hobbyist looking for approriate metal detector. I am just eager to try out my luck in nearby school yard and old park , or maybe riverside later then. what kind of metal detectors is more suitable? Someone recommend me a (link removed by moderator) underground? But that is far out of my budget. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive but functional one?
