Hi guys. so in the last month my partner an I moved to broad beach,Australia from nz for good .got itchy so I grabbed a great Bargin a minelab explorer SE. And . As I work in a boat shop I hunted around to see what I could find for a scoop for the beach. Found a plastic bailer and spent an hour drilling holes in it tonight.
The gold coast beach is eroding rapidly and tonight is the biggest tide all year so im finishing work early and heading to the beach .30 SEcond walk from home see how the new Machine runs. Will post what I get probably nothing there's a but of competition here.

it's alot of work drilling those holes,how big did you make them i went for the 10mm and its good,great stuff making one and a whole lot cheaper

So I managed to get a few hours In still got to get used to the machine and figure it out . I got a total of 2dollar coin 1947 20 cent and a old 2 cent piece . Just on dark I hit a face that has been destroyed by the tide I just wanted to keep going
