had some spare time on the weekend so i thought i would give a go at detecting again. every time i went outside down the rain would come.so i gave up on that. but i did manage to find a paddock that i will be going back too,my son found some old military shells in this paddock and hope to get back with metal detector when the weather clears. i have been using a chinese detector a gold century i found the depth for these detectors is only around 4 inch and discrimination is not the best. i have found a few old axes and a few horse bridles with it. next time out i should have a new f4

Hi. I have an F4 that I have found over 1000 coins with in the last 18 months or so. If you need any help or advice you are welcome to contact me. After a while the numbers and type of sound will tell you the good from the bad. I think you will notice a vast improvement in what you find!

Cheers Mike.
