I found the pendant thing, of which photos are attached, a while back down in Dunedin.
I have been unable to figure out what it is (of course I have tried to Google it!!!).
Also I have attached two photos that have not been resized to see finer detail if you need it.
Go on, figure it out. Its been bugging me.

Well, Hogburn, I always thought that it says SIC OFF VICECOM. Due to your contribution I think it now says SIG. Have a look at the G in KINGSTON.
