im travelling to danseys pass tommorow and i was wondering if anyone has any tips on settings to have the detector on or where to look cheers
if pulltabs were gold rings, id be a "trillionaire"

Gain 100, threshold about 9. Look on bedrock in crevices. Dont forget to ground balance
And now....On sandy beaches and muddy soil, rings and coins await my coil!

i run gain at 100 but threshold at 7 so i can just hear it.

when i was that way i had to run in disc mode as to may hot rock where i was.

when in all metal mode press the middle button down while moving the coil up and down a few times. easy

what part of danseys are you going to as you wont find anything with the detector at the holiday park...there is plenty of gold there but way to small for detector.
