Was out for a nice swing today hoping to haul in a silver or two!

Instead, I landed a stunning 1896 GOLD SOVEREIGN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was amazed how well the coin lasted being gold in the ground for so long!

Pictures now uploaded!

Cheers guys! I am sure there are plenty more out there... just begging to be under MY coil haha.

Been having a fantastic few days! Hauling in Gold, several silvers including a nice S. Mordan & co silver pencil (damaged but still a nice find!)

A Sovereign has been on the top of my list to find ever since I landed my silver spill with 13 english silvers! I now wonder what I should make my next goal... (any ideas???)

HAPPY HUNTING ALL

PS: I use the Garrett AT Pro for those that are interested and the signal was in the low 60's.
