went on a hunt with shilo at a spot we've done before but turned out better than i expected.first i was digging up some $1s and $2s when i went to place down my pin pointer(compliments of shilo cheers mate) when it beeped again on what i thought was a junk ring but after cleaning up was actualy a nice silver ring with a stone of some sort.SWEET.anyways after half an hour or so i was swinging my coil over the front face ov a steep hill tangled with roots when i got a bouncy signal so i dug around it and out poped a nice(but gruby)chain with a pendant witch turned out to be marked .925 italy on the chain and stg on the pendant.the pendant is rectangle with airies inscribed in the front and a couple of names on the back(bugger)but on the front it has a nice golden airies symbol which is about a centermetre across stuck in the lower part of it aswell after a couple minuts of electrolosys the chain and pendant cleaned up realy nicely also found the regulare handfull of old decimal coins and $12.60spendables and a sixpence and a threepence of the non silver sort all in all a good hunt although i still havnt got any bloody gold rings yet...ever...next time mabee.

oh also found my firts musket ball on the same hunt aswell stoked with that one a good little peice of nz history.

was actualy a pistol shot but close enough lol.. yeah cheers kev was a bit of variety today find out any thing about you knife yet?
