This is a trommel that my friend and i built while we were both at high school as he has now left and does plumbing.
sorry about the quality i dont know how it got so bad as we made the video over iphones and a mac, but if anyones interested i can help you out. I am new to this hobby and we did go a bit over the top when we decidied to build a trommel but it turned out good and we were happy.

p.s we know waters low and on angle we have ran heaps since this vid was made but we were just keen to help out as i think we were the first to build this from scratch and we could pass tips and advice. We arnt engineers just school students that can weld and think outside of the box so yeah comment if you would like to know more. Id be happy to help. cheers

There will be more videos coming soon of our 4 hour non stop run its noisy but the video qualtiy will be way better i hope. p.s we only find a small amount of gold to what you all experienced guys get but we were happy that our machine actually caught gold.

Two skills that are highly underrated. You will go far, young skywalker.

Cheers, alot of work and money went into it we are in Dunedin and Cromwell but will start expanding and checking out new areas we are new and a bit busy still being at school and working so when we get the time we will go on the search for better areas.
