i've seen these advertised previously. not sure if they sold or its the same seller.

i see the words "POA" and "would suit a syndicate" as prob meaning there is a fairly good asking price attached.

a lot of ground so a lot of fees.

bit of a shame. there's loads of big gold blocks for sale. nothing much at the small scale end.

yea everytime you see POA it usually means a rediculous price.
the advert is pretty vague no mentions of consents/ access arangements etc . a mate asked a few questions but aparently they want confidentiallity agreements signed before they will realease any info they are very cagey.
