clears up enough i may come out...i enjoy a challenge..lol...

Poohbear, don't be a sissy! Go out there and find that phone. I was outside for several minutes this morning and it isn't that bad. Nicer in here by the fire, but you will be fine I am sure.

HI, thanks that would be great. I'm not sure how long the phone would last in the wet. We would like to pay for your time and petrol . We would be happy to pay $50. We are bearing in mind that we may still need to replace the phone. Many thanks. Call for our address. 3296994

Best of luck Chris, I'd be keen to join you if it was a wee bit drier. Hope you find it.

My greatest fear is that when I die my wife will sell my collection for what I told her it cost me.

Well did you find it?!!! Or were you eaten by the dog?! (if so, a video would be great)

I think this is the most exciting thing I have ever read on the forum.

PHONE FOUND....lol....well i went out in the rain and did a hunt untill the skys really opened up and i had to give up or get sick...but as promissed i went back out....

I wish i could say i found it but as i was hunting in the area we thought the phone might be the owner came out and said dont worry about it i have my phone back...
Her kids had seen me out there hunting, she was going to post tonight that it was found so i wouldnt waist gas going out but i went right from work.....

In the end the phone wasnt where we thought..it was 2 Km's up the road..lol...i would have been hunting for a long long time if it hadnt been returned to her...

So although i didnt find it the result was pleasing..the phone and owner reunited..lol.

Cheers Chris

I was going to say at the beginning of this thread, that people often have no idea where they have lost things. My neighbour asked me to look for lost keys in her garden...found later sticking in her back door lock...ummm!
