hi all,a good day today nothing special but a few finds to show,best was a 1903 threepence has got a lot of the gray deposite you get on silver thats been buried a long time,its a little gem still got all the kings hair intact ,trying to get it clean without damaging the surface will post later,also a 1950s,60s british airways badge junior frequent flyer,who would think of that!!also a sleeper silver earing from about 4 inches which is pleasing news for my new coil,cheers roy

Nice bit of work there me old mate. Congrats on the 1903 threepence.....hope it cleans up well. The child's frequent flier badge is a cool little find too.......is it silver or silver plated? It looks to be in pretty good nic for it's age.
Looks like the new coil is going to yield you your fair share of that deeper silver too.
I've got a new 11" DD coil to pick up from poohbear tomorrow myself, so looking forward to getting out and using that too. Cheers also mate for all your recent advise and great company......much appreciated.
