Long time no posts but don't panic I have been saving my pics lol

hit a very old spot on Monday and along with some old pennies I found a very nice (on one side) Domo Stirling silver pocket watch. The Domo clip part was about 4 inches away from the watch but the F2 picked them both up easily at 5 inches.

Got my second ever real gold ring albiet only 9ct is is heavy and weighs 9 grams

been getting a few silvers. Up to 377 nz silvers now. 85 british and 12 aussie.

have managed to find a couple of nice old bottle dumps whilst hunting. havn't begun to find what treasures they may hold yet properly.

and lastly theres 2 items amongst all this that I can't find out what they are. One is that lead plate thingy that has the exact same lion passant type pic that british shillings have. So far my best guess is that its a printers plate. For what yet I am unsure.
Second is that brass looking thing with some kinda clip on it. Found same place as the pocket watch so it's in an old old area.

Hope ya all been enjoying ya hunts and some of the weird warm days we been getting I know I have.

Happy hunting every one :)

Oh and I also spent some time doing some new type of trick Ice skating at Tekapo...how to land on your arse gracefully....at 112kg's that just does not happen!! Highly recommended fun tho if ya don't have fragile bones haha....that and the tube slide down the hill are great fun!!

Dan

haha thanks guys yeah I do do a bit of research but generally I just head somewhere and keep me head down and arms swinging. I should point out that all those silvers is what my my sheet says (I keep a tally of finds so even as they go out the door I know what has been found) well all those silvers is the total amount from 53 months of hunting. there'd be a few kilo's of rubbish and some good blisters to go with it all hah!

Poohbear yep we overdue for a hunt so I might have to drive up and find me a sovereign in that hagley!! I was up there today but spent all arvo racing a v8 commodore around ruapuna...guys I can tell ya if ya got a spare 5 hundy then get ya arse's down there and try that shit out its freaking awesome fun!!

cheers
Dan
