don't we all bro.

take a look on trade me.

there's one on the mangles river when i last looked. and another for only 8k on the clutha from alex to clyde.

each claim being unique has it's issues on how to mine it.

remember that some claims have been worked several times over.

others may have stuff all gold or just be bloody difficult to work.

take a good hard think about how you can work each claim and think hard about what sort of investment into capital to work the claim.

there are also many varying fees and reports to complete each year.

the regional council websites usually contain info on what waterways will be affected by further regulations in regards to water use and water discharge.

fish and game will also be interested i'm sure.

it's a lot to consider i know but sure to be worth the time once it's all approved if you obtain a claim.

dont forget the local iwi
my mate is still waiting for his claim in the tadmore to go through
for some reason mine was plain sailing still had to deal with every one including doc who in the end were most helpful
