i think you might find the old mines might be untouchable. that land has a QE2 covenant on it which i presume covers the bush part.

you might get to "play" in the old tunnels but not much else.

this block has been for sale for ages and got reduced in price way back.

I would hate to own it - it would look like the craters of the moon when I was finished hehe - to be honest I love it and my very own mine drive...Oh Boy!

I went for a look at it but it is too remote for when my wife is alone....was a nice spot and there are a couple of nice building sites up a bit from the river...
