G'day yourself Johnny (and Helen!) - was great meeting you guys! Taken away a few colourful expressions as a result - "sun baker" and "kinder surprise" :P If you're ever over here and fancy a detect for gold give me a shout and I'll take you out on a trip if you're keen ;)

Subscribed to your YouTube channel so I'll know when the big golden eagle lands!

I doubled my wee nugget finds after the end of the trip - found 4 more so I was stoked. Glen found another wee patch just outside our camp. Craig used his 4wd to knock down the 2 dead trees on the patch you found searching for a few more nuggets, but sadly no more showed up. His patch ended up providing him with 10 nuggets. Bit gutted - camp Emu took a video of the tree ramming but I copied the wrong one - doh! He slightly cracked and dented his roo bars as a result, but he's a welder so I'm sure they're sweet as again now.

Was a bit of a shock to the system coming back to Christchurch - arrived midnight, then next morning we had a good dump of snow - brrrr!!

Sling another snag on the barbie for me bro,
Gavin ;)
