Well ill be dammed, If all that is from up the top of the south island, i most certainly must be looking in all the wrong creeks/crevices lol :(
Went up the Sherry again today found quite a few flakes but of course nothing compares to your hauls :P Im just hoping my patients pays off one day
when i finally find that elusive nugget :)

Hi mate, the Sherry is not bad if you dont mind the smell in some spots.Try not to go in the same place twice and if you find any good gold it will always be in holes or crevices on bedrock.There are some old workings up there but I've never seen them. I would be interested if anyone knows where they are.
