What about decent sluices .. I hear the local ones are mostly crap?

High price too......but what do you expect for a sluice box that has been imported in from the USA. The dollar differance to NZ$ plus freight plus gst & possibly import duty & a profit for the middle man etc.
You could suppot a Kiwi made & buy direct one of mine from the SHOP on the paydirt site for less than $200 including freight & from feedback I have had they are not crap. So thanks mineforgold. Bendigo Gold is great to deal with & is where I have got a lot of my detector accesories from.

Bendigo Gold do have sluice boxs but again you are paying for them only these ones are coming from the USA via Aussie so even more costly.

Ouch your rite there JW $355 AUD now that is expensive....i thought that one on TM wasnt to badly priced sometimes your better off spending a little more for quality and buying things new then all you have to do is "use them" and it or something simlar would probably last longer than the miner that buys it!...
