found this in a mussel. Only the 4th one I've seen the others were black and came from the coromandel.

a kid recently found a near perfect pearl near christchurch in a shellfish. i remember seeing it in the newspaper. was just a few weeks back i think.

good find.

Yeah I remember that. Didnt they think it was worth really decent money too?
